You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our shortcode. After you send "STOP," you’ll receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from FunlCraft.

To resume receiving messages, simply re-enroll using any of our opt-in forms or platforms.

⚖️ Legal Compliance

By enrolling in our SMS program, you confirm your agreement to follow all applicable laws, including but not limited to the

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and HIPAA (if applicable to your business or industry).

💰 Payment Terms

✓ Initial Payment: A one-time payment of $200 (Non-refundable) is required to set up your account. This covers the setup process and your second month of service.

✓ First 30 Days On Us: Your first month is free. No subscription fee will be charged during this period.

✓ Next Payment: The next billing cycle begins on the 3rd month of service.

✓ Ongoing Subscription: FunlCraft operates on a month-to-month subscription basis. No long-term contracts are required.

✓ Failed or Late Payments: Failure to pay your invoice on time may result in temporary suspension of your account and all related services.

🔁 Subscription & Cancellation

✓ Subscriptions are billed monthly.

✓ You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

✓ To cancel your subscription, please contact us via email at least 3 business days before your next billing date.

✓ Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account until the end of the paid billing period.


⚠️ Account Suspension & Reactivation

✓ If payment is not received by the due date, your account may be automatically suspended, including access to automations, forms, funnels, emails, and CRM tools.

✓ Suspended accounts may be reactivated upon payment of the outstanding balance.

❗ No Refund Policy

✓ Due to the nature of our setup work and automation services, all payments are non-refundable once processed.

✓ We encourage all users to review features, ask questions, and utilize the free first month before continuing.

🔄 Modifications to Services

FunlCraft reserves the right to change or modify services, pricing, or these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform alerts.

🔒 Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

FunlCraft and its clients mutually agree to protect all confidential information shared during and after the service engagement. This includes, but is not limited to:

✓ Business strategies, automation workflows, and marketing plans

✓ Login credentials, CRM data, client pipelines, and forms

✓ Any proprietary, technical, or non-public business information

Confidential information will not be shared, sold, or reused outside the scope of the service agreement without written permission.

This obligation remains in effect during the service period and for two (2) years after termination of services. Both parties agree to secure and protect all shared data.
